Iconatarded was created on January 22, 2009 by Justin and Shini. This site is a collection of icons created by the two artists. Iconatarded is hosted by http://tijira.net. This site was created to showcase the icons created by Justin and Shini as well as the love of the graphic icon.
The Name: The name of the site is Iconatarded. Have you ever heard the term Narutard? A person who loves the anime series Naruto? Well, what do you call a person who loves an icon? Cleverly, Justin combined the name of the graphic with the word Narutard.

About: Shini is of the female genre and lives in little old England. She is a college first year, studying Geology amongst other things. If it weren't for college, she would quite happily live at the computer all day playing RPGs and listening to music. Shini is the queen of procrastination, and her sanity is probably questionable too... She is also quite the bookworm, and has an obsession with Assassins and Medieval Fantasy.
Shini's friends are made of liquid awesome -every last one of them. Shini has been designing for three to four years now, but would still like to improve. A lot. Other than that, Shini is despises the sunlight, is nocturnal, and is a NERD. =D (And a fan of the smilies).
